Hiemstra Evolux was a progressive design company located in Amsterdam, founded in 1934 by Hiemstra Evenblij. Their designs were sold in luxury departmentstores such as ‘De Bijenkorf’, and were shown on several important design exhibitions at the time. The company still exists ( Lumiance BV)
