A double sided English Regency mahogany vanity mirror.

Of the finest quality we’ve ever seen, this George III vanity mirror swivels on a bronze patinated socle, the double sided mirror in its distressed Mercury plate has a beautiful soft reflection, the mahogany frame and base both have exquisite fruitwood inlay.

One mirror is flat the other concave which was extremely hard to manufacture in period, the concave mirror has a magnifying quality that’s exceptional for the period.

Unrestored, undamaged, complete and of museum quality.
