The folded copper base has restrained English Art Nouveau motifs, tubular copper supports to the brass seat.

Wonderful handmade feel to the whole with a Arts and Crafts asthetic to the nailed and rivetted finish, typical mix of styles of this period.

Some repairs to the base copper, the top is not polished but has worn to this pleasant finish by being sat on for decades.
