A scarce and highly original example which has benefited from a sympathetic conservation using all the original factory parts including the bakelite shade, fixed springs, and the factory applied painted finish, topped with the correct Crabtree bulb holder.

Bakerlite was used for a brief period in the early post war years when metals were rationed and in short supply, few have survived in such veritable condition
